There could not be a more patriotic way to show your support for Occupy Wall Street then to wear a tshirt with the rallying cry "We are the 99%". The main focus of the occupy wall street protest is about inequality in our country. The protesters say: "The one thing we all have in common is that we are the 99%, and that will no longer tolerate the greed and corruption of the 1%." The 1% refers to the "haves": people who run banks and insurance companies and those who are very rich and often pay less taxes than other people. The 99% refers to the "have-nots": everyone else.
