We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you a refund or send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style. Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned to us by mail within 30 days of original purchase date.
We will deliver your product in a timely fashion. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Eastern Standard time. All Standard orders will be shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. All 2 Day and Next Day Orders will be processed the same day if placed by Noon, 12:00pm EST. Any orders placed after 12:00pm EST will be processed the following business day. We ship all orders using UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. We are sorry to inform you that there is no 2 day or overnight shipping to PO Boxes. All orders are shipped by Business days only as weekends are not included in the shipping time. All orders over $75 are shipped via Standard shipping, free of charge (does not include International orders). If there are any issues with your product we will contact you by email or by phone.
